The question is by all accounts mistaken in light of the fact that 
Give O a chance to be cause 
By meaning of vector 
OB – OA = AB 
OC – OD = DC 
As AB and DC are not parallel they can't be equivalent. 
Subsequently OB – OA ≠ OC – OD
