IN THE ABOVE QUESTION SINCE THE CIRCLE OF RADIUS 3 UNITS PASSESE THROUD=GH ANOTHER CIRCLE OG=F RADIUS 3 THEREFORE THE CENTRE OG=F ONE CIRCLE WILL LIE ON ANOTHER CIRCLE AND ALSO FOR THE OTHER  CIRLCE 
 SO THE NEW CIRCLE FORMRED HAS  RADIUS OF 1.5M UNITS SO 2*PI*R  GIVES PERIMETER AS 3
