Did you try to solve with the formule of tanx=sinx/cosx , if you put sin5x/cos5x or sin3x/cos3x instead of tan3x or tan5x you can catch somethings.

Write it in yerms of sin and cos and cross multiply You get the answer in the form of sin a . Cos b + cos a . Sin b in the numerator and Sin a . Cos b - cos a. Sin b in the numerator After this the answer will be Sin(5x+3x)÷sin(5x-3x)=sin 8x ÷sin 2xOn futher simplification 2. 2sin 2x .cos 2x .cos 4x ÷ sin2x =4.cos 2x .cos4x Hope this helps
