|x+sina|>0 for all x,
x^2-9 <0 for -3<x>3

since the function is symmetric,

for x>0
x^2-9+x+sin(a)
taking most least value of sin(a)=-1

x^2+x-10=0
(x+.5)^2-10.25=0
x+.5= sqrt(10.25)
=3.2-.5=2.7

so function will satisfy inequality for -2.7<x>2.7
