the triangle will be isosceles right triangle with angles a and b other than 90 degree.
Check it by following steps:
Draw roughly a right triangle.Name it ABC.
Such that angle ABC=90 degree.
                 angle CAB=a
                 angle ACB=b
now given sin a=sin b
 from figure we draw it is clear
                sin a=CB/AC            as sin means opposite side/hypotenuse
and          sin b=AB/AC
Which directs to say
                CB=AB
Similar is the case when we consider cos a=cos b
