In a triangle ABC prove that (b + c - a)(cot B/2 + cot C/2 ) = 2a cot A/2

Dear student,

I will just give u a hint in this. Use the formulae...:

tan   A/2 = √(s - b) (s - c) / s(s - a)

CotA/2 will be its reciprocal.

Similarly we can write for cotB/2 and cotC/2

put the values and we will find that LHS=RHS....
