Hi...
If one has to talk about the Computer Science Engineering in Delhi, DTU and NIT are the best ones among those which you have described above.
Otherwise, the placements for this branch in all these above mentioned institutes is good enough.
So, you should now take into other factors also rather than deciding the choice on the basis of placements alone.
