There are good colleges in Punjab. You can try for colleges like LPU, Gulzar Group Of Institutes, GNE Ludhiana, Desh Bhagat University
Note that you can try for these colleges but GNE should be your last choice. All these are private colleges though but they are good. Otherwise if you cracked JEE with good score then NIT Jalandhar is best:}
