please tell me about the colleges of IIT , AIEEE and UPSEE that offer aeronautics as a branch .

There are very less colleges in India which are giving this degree. This is a very expensive degree so there is no college in UPSEE. and only deemed universities have enough money to run this branch. You may find a lot of private college with this branch but in reality there are not any facility. So try to go IIT college in this branch. there are some college in India which are giving degree in aeronautical.
