i have got elctricals and electronics branch at nit warangal .i have got admission in preparatory courses at iit madras.
at iit madrs chemical(b-tech),civil(m-tech),mechanical(m-tech),aerospace(m-tech) branches are available for next year choices.

If u are really passionate about entering the IITs and have got enough patience to wait to enter into the next year , then u can definitely go for prep course in IIT Madras, as IIt madras being a very good institutes and also, chemical and mechanical branches are gud enough.
But still if u are nt sure abt this , then electronics in NIT W is a great option too, it being the top NITs in India. Let me make u awareabout the avg packages being offerd to the IITians and NITians.
For B.Tech students, Salary will be propotional to his ability & talent. There will be no much differences in the salary range for students in top level institutions like IITs, BITS & NITs. But I am here provide you average salary range in these institutions for the last 5 years. All IITs - Rs 525000/year OR 43750/month BITs - Rs 475000/year OR 39500/month NIT Trichy - Rs 400000/year OR 33000/month
