If you have neutral opinion in taking branch, In general ee students gets more package than that of mechanical and even opportunities. DCE is also in top 15 engineering colleges where as NIT is a brand. But NIT kurukshetra is like 5th or 6th best NIT.So I guess ee in DCE would be best option
