EC in MNNIT allahabad or IT in DCE
Go with your interest.Since both are very reputed colleges and these branches have excellent placement records but being in capital dce scores over MNNIT as far as teir academic environment is concerned so if no specific branch excites u then do opt for dce otherwise ec in mnnit is a good option too

Both are very good options. DCE is better option option if you have interest in computers otherwise ece@MNIT is best.
So here both are good , i ll advise you to go with the branch you are more interested in.
