I got 6400 in IIT and 292 in BITSAT 2010 I got 23000 in AIEEE 2010 What should I prefer or IISER and which course SHALL I ATTEMPT IITJEE ONCEMORE

You may not get any old IIT with rank.. With you rank you can IT BHU , ISM, Dual in BITs pilani and Some good NIT like allhabad, calicut..
Your preference order shud be :
IT BHU /ISM > Top NITs > other BITs goa, Hyderabad.
So go for IT BHU if you get electrical else NIT (if get some core branch).
IISER is very good option if you are interested in reasearch.
