This question is a part of match the column: An ideal monoatomic gas undergoes different processes described in the first column. Match the corresponding effects in column 2 A) C = C V - 2R P) If volume increases then temperature wil also increase B) C = C V + R/2 Q) If volume increases then temperature will decrease R) For expansion, heat will have to be supplied to the gas S) If temperature increases then work done by the gas is positive Can you please provide the solution?

An ideal monoatomic gas undergoes different processes described in the first column. Match the corresponding effects in column 2

A)   C = CV - 2R                                    P) If volume increases then temperature wil also increase

B)  C = CV + R/2                                  Q) If volume increases then temperature will decrease

                                                               R) For expansion, heat will have to be supplied to the gas

                                                               S) If temperature increases then work done by the gas is positive

Can you please provide the solution?
