A normal pendulum has time period of 24 hrs. a day that is => 24*60*60 => 86400 seconds.
Therfore For N seconds less, the normal Time period becomes 86400-N
and the agular frequency becomes =>
w = 2pi/(86400-N)
The speed of revolving the Earth therfore slight gets increased.
