Gibbs energy acts at constant temperature and constant pressure.
when G is positive the reacn. is non – spontaneous and when g is negative the reacn. is spontaneous.
when G = 0 then the system is at eqm.
 
if g = 1 that means G is positive reacn. is non spontaneous.

But in the question it has not been mentioned that whether a reaction is spontaneous or not. Then how we can judge that the value change in standard free energy cannot be equal to one?
