In ph 3.5 the >c=o gp of ketone and aldehyde joins with a H+ ion and the carbonyl carbon`s electron density becomes too low(>C^+-OH). Then the ammonia derivatives means nucleophiles attack the carbonyl carbon more easily. In ph 3.5 the rate of the reaction becomes fastest .But if the ph is too low(
