That will have the maximum amount of charge present in magnitude.
And here (NH4)3PO4 has the maximum charge that is present on PO43- and the magnitude is -3.
Therfore it would have the maximum floculation value for Fe(OH)3 soln.

Fe(OH)3 sol is positively charge so the negative ion having minimun charge will have minimum floculating power and thus will have maximum floculating value so answer will be NaCl
