The answer is
                       1 : \sqrt{2} : 2

    As according to GRAHAM’s LAW;
                          Image result for graham`s law of diffusion
      So for SO2;
                     M = 64
                     R1 = 1/8

             For O2;
                     M = 32
                     R2 = 4\sqrt{2}

               For CH4;
                    M = 16
                    R3 = 4

       SO,
            R1 : R2 : R3 = 1 : \sqrt{2} : 2

          Hope this will help you Rambabu and all others how has problem inthis question

Dear student,
Please find the solution to your problem.

The rate of diffusion of a gas, R ∝ 1/√M
Now, for SO2, M = 64
For O2, M = 32
For CH4, M = 16
Hence, Ratio of respective rate of diffusion
= 1/8 : 1/4√2 : ¼
= 1 : √2 : 2

Thanks and regards,
Kushagra
