VOLUME STRENGTH= Normality x 5.6 OR Vol .Str.= MOLARITY x n-factor of H202 x 5.6 =MOLARITY x 11.2
 therefore

30= Nx 5.6

Ans: N=5.357

why should we multiply with 5.6 to get the volume strength.
is it a formula.can you please explain what is meant n factor

n-factor basically tells the basicity of acid or acidity of base
For eg:
Monobasic acids: HCl,HNO3
They give only 1 H+ ion. Therefore its n-factor is 1/basicity=1
Dibasic acids like H2SO4 have n-factor =2 /basicity=2
Tribasic like H3PO4 have n-factor=3/basicity=3

Also, n-factor tells about change in oxidation state.
For eg:
KMnO4---(ACIDIC MEDIUM)---> Mn2+
oxidation state(Mn=7)              (os=2)
n-factor= |2-7|=5

Simlarily the reactions of KMnO4 in basic and neutral medium are

KMnO4------(BASIC)-----> K2MnO4
here n factor is 1

KMnO4------(NEUTRAL)---->MnO2
here nf=3

Talking about the VS of H2O2, it is a derived shortcut to make your work faster.
It has been derived from  Mole Concept.

n factor also refers to the charge on cations or anions of a salt in a balacnced chemical equation

For eg:
K2SO4----> 2K+   +SO42-
here nf=2

The formula based questions are too easy to follow, just apply the formula and you are good to go.
VOLUME STRENGTH= Normality x 5.6 OR Vol .Str.= MOLARITY x n-factor of H202 x 5.6 =MOLARITY x 11.2
 therefore

30= Nx 5.6
