1.All nucleophiles are bases, but all the bases cannot be nucleophiles.
2.Bases are hydrogen acceptors, thus perform neutralizing reactions, but nucleophiles attack electrophiles to initiate a certain reaction.

all the bases are not nucleophiles,but all nucleophiles are bases.the nucleophile attacks electrophiles to start the reaction.

A nucleophile is a chemical species that donates an electron pair to an electrophile to form a chemical bond in relation to a reaction. All molecules or ions with a free pair of electrons or at least one pi bond can act as nucleophiles. Because nucleophiles donate electrons, they are by definition Lewis bases.

               Nucleophiles are loving nucleus groups and all bases are nuclephiles and all nuclephiles are not bases.Ex:cl- , Br- …...etc
