for theory NCERT is the best book and you can also refer pradeep but it has more then enough information which is not useful. O.P. Tondon and RC mukherjee has enough theory about the topics.
for question rc mukejee is best book and you can refer the exampler problems from ncert to boost up your confidence but it is always better to study the concept through you notes and then apply it on the questions and rc mukherjee is a best way to master in Physical chemistry.
