Q..The vapour pressure of pure benzene at 50 ∘∘ C is 268 torr. How many mol of non-volatile solute per mol of benzene is required to prepare a solution of benzene having a vapour pressure of 167 torr at 50 ∘∘ C?

For this problem you can use the formula (P°-P)/P°=x_2 .where p°=268 ,p=167, x_2= n_2/ (n_1+n_2). n_1=number of moles of benzene ( here it is 1) & n_2 = number of moles of non-volatility solute. From here calculate n_2. Please approve my answer if I am not wrong.....
