Normality = gram equivalent by Volume of solution in litre
= mass of solute by equivalent weight ÷ Volume of solution in litre
= mass of solute  by molar mass of solute / x factor ÷ Volume of solution in litre
Normality * Volume of solution in Litre              = Moles * X factor
Which means Gram equivalent

For all the processes like dilution, neutrilisation gram equivalents are equal.
Normality * Volume of solution in Litre              = Moles * X factor
1/10 *25/1000 = 0.16/M *2 ( X-factor for dibasic acid is 2, because it has 2 Hto donate )
if u solve it then M = 128 gm

You should learn all these formulae to calculate gram euivalent.
Gram Equivalent

= Molar Mass of solute(M÷ Equivalent Weight(E) = Mole * X factor = Molarity * X factor = Normality *
Xfactor
 Thank you
