Dear Student,
We realize that nuclear mass of Oxygen is 16 . 
Along these lines, Avogadro no of Oxygen particles mean a mole i.e. 32 gram 
Thusly, 6.023 x 10^23 particles mean 32 gram 
10^23 particles mean 32/6.023 gram = 5.313 gram 
Along these lines, as Oxygen is diatomic its nuclear mass will be 5.313/2= 2.67(approx 3)
