i think you need the solution for this i have done it 
you have C12H22O11 so first lets calculate its molecular mass 
which is 
= 144 +22+176 = 342 a.m.u 
now i have converted a.m.u into grams. by multiplying it with 1.66×10^-24 
so which is equal to  
 5.67 × 10 -22 g  ---------------------- 1 molecule
this weight is for i molecule now by unitary method we can proceed for 100 molecules 
which would be 
(5.67 × 10 -22  × 100 )g
for 3 × 1010 people you will need
 5.67 × 10 -22  × 100 × 3 × 1010 grams of sugar 
=  5.67 × 10 -22  × 3 × 1012
≈ 17.04 × 10-10 g 
≈ 170.43 × 10-11 g
 
and done :)
