First method:Ion-electron method-
Break the equation in two halves namely oxidation half and reduction half.

H2O2 + ClO2.........> H2O....+ Clo2-......Reduction half(as O changes from -1 to -2 and Cl changes from +4 to +3; so it is the reduction processes.)

H2O2.........................>O2...............(oxidation half)
Now balence the equations seperately.
First balance both the sides number of atoms other than H and O.
Then balence both the sides O atom by adding H2O in appropriate side of the equation.
Now add H+ in appropriate side to equal the number of H atom.
Now to balence the charge by adding electrons in required side.
and then make this number of electrons in both the equations equal by multiplying the seperate equations and then add them.
Finally check the number of atoms and charge in both the sides, if it is equal then you have done correctely otherwise repeat the steps agin.
