describe the contents of the erlenmeyer flask during titration at these points: (i)initially (ii) at half titration (iii) at the equivalence point (iv) after the equivalence point. Include an explanation of the pH reading at each of those four points.

The contents of flask sepends upon the type of titration done. For example; in acid- Base titration if we take acid in the flask with few drops of suitable indicator then in the burrete we take base for this neutralization reaction.
The material from the burrete is added dropwise and the solution is stirred continuously.
At half titration the flask contains acid, its salt and the indicator and pH=pKa.
At equivalence point all the acid is neutrallised by base and we have excusively the salt formed after this neutralisation reaction (With few extra drops of base called end point of the titration). Here pH of the solution depends on the type of acid and base.
Similarle for redox titrations, we takereducing agent in flask and from burrete oxidising agent is added in it dropwise.
(To know in detail about pH change for different acid base titration and about suitable indicator , you must go through any text book).
