Calculate the molecular weight of cellulose acetate if it's 0.2%(wt./vol.) solution in acetone (sp.gr. 0.8) shows an osmotic rise of 23.1mm against pure acetone at 300K.

One should simply use the formula,
Osmotic pressure = concentration * R* T
Since the wt/vol % of the solution is given, one can easily find the concentration of solution in the terms of molarity of the solution.
Please do take care to use the units of R accordingly as the pressure is given in terms of mm of Hg.
