understand this reaction first
2Na + 2H2O------------------------ gives 2NaOH + H2
 
atomic mass of Na=23
so for 2Na=46
so 46gm gives 2 gm of hydrogen
so for 4.6 gm of Na will produce =2/46*2
which will give you 0.2 of hydrogen
so 0.2 is the answer
