As the NaOH is having the property of absorbing moisture from atmosphere it is difficult to weigh the weight of the NaOH properly.

Sodium hydroxide also reacts with carbon dioxide in the air, to form sodium carbonate

So NaOH is standardized using mainly KHP or PHP(potassium hydrogen ortho-phthalate).

Other than KHP we can use:

oxalic acid dihydrate, H2C2O4* 2 H2O
