1.UV region refers to lyman series ..according to question, transition is from 5th excited state to 1st excited state.. that means, from n=6 to n=2 . but, the transition from n=6 to n=2 is not possible for lyman series(possible for balmer series) (coz, transition in lyman series is from infinity to n=1 only)..so, the no. of spectral lines in uv region(lyman series) is 0.
 
2. it is 0. coz, orbital angular momentum is [√l(l+1)]*(h/2π). here l=0 for s-sub shell. so, orbital angular momentum of 4s is 0.
    spin angular momentum is [√S(s+1)]*(h/2π)] 
     where S is (no of unpaired electrons)/2 
               is (sum of spin of all the electrons)
whatever spin angular momentum be,when divided with 0(calculated orbital angular momentum) is 0. so the ratio is 0.
