If the volume of the solution is 1L, then total number of mole of ions =5*2=10moles(5 moles each of Ag+& NO3-).
0.5 F charge means that 0.5 mole of electron wass pased.
Ag+..+e-...........>Ag(s)
So ½ mole of Ag+ will convert in Ag(s) and the total moles remaining in the solution now would be 9.5 mole of elctrolytes. So final concentration is 9.5M .
