Will the questions in jee advanced be strictly according to the syllabus? Many organic reactions which were taught to us are not there. So does that mean I needn't study that? Example: hvz rxn, favorskii, reformatsky, etc. Same goes for inorganic, many topics are not there like van arkel method, monds process etc.

Questions will strictly be according to the syllabus, and kindly study all the topics and subtopics, however, a general trend could be looked upon
