Organic donot have any shortcut .. but i will give you some strategies to learn it effectively . 
1- first of all read the ncert and if u are in class 12 th and ignored the 11th organic part , then please do it again , specially that 2 chapters of class 11th , they are the foundations . 
2- in ncert when u are reading mechanism take a pen and paper , write each and every step of mechanism , and at the end of the reaction revise it again , 
3- u need to master on nomenclature to get good grasp on organic , 
4- follow a single book besides ncert for organic , donot run behind many books that will lead to confusion , 
5- everyday atleast solve 10 ques from previous year jee papers to test wheather u understood it or not . 
6- and when your school teacher teaches organic , do write all the name reaction , in a sheet of paper and evry morning have a look at it .. 
7- solve the conversionj question only from ncert , not from any other book , ncert is sufficient for conversion .
