C is the correct option as here double bond is given more preference then the halogens so the double bond is given priority and among chloro and bromo ,according to the alphabetical order bromo is given more preference over chloro

ANS (C) is correct because double bond is preffered more numbering will be from chlorine towards bromine as the substituent should get the lowest possible no .
The alphabatical order is followed therefore Bromo is to come before Chloro.
For ring compounds cyclo is used and for double bond “ene” is used.
