Mechanism is that if NBS and Br2 are used that alpha H will be replaced by Br. Alpha w.r.t. Double bond. Bcz alpha H is acidic H and remove easily. And as it is a 2° C so sn2 mechanism will be done. So do it yourself.

And u asjed why not 4. It will form if sn1 wilk be dobe. Here in sn2 no C+ is forms so 1 is major product.
