No this is not correct as the first carbon is not completing its full valency that is 4.
It must be CH3 as after this it would be sharing 4 bonds with H and second C atoms and hence completing its valency.

It is wrong because balance of C is incomplete. Write form is CH3COOH.Hope it clearsIf u like the answer then approve the answer
