definitely it is polar …....but here I cannn’t sent 2D str. of this compound. it’s IUPAC name is= 1,2,3,4 tetrachlorocyclopentane ​ ​

this is a polar compound having cyclic structure haping cl in adcjacent position.if we add vectorially the dipole moment of each c-cl bond it is not zero.so itz polar.
