it is simply ethene
during ozonolysis we just break the molecule in between the double bond and seperate the 2 parts
after that we add oxygen to the end of double bond and get the product
reverse process coud be simply carried out.

According to question answer is CH2=CH2 or ethene .But if we require only HCHO then ethene is the answer .Break double bond between carbon and add oxygen on each carbon.Then we get HCHO.
