First calculate the DU of the molecular formula  C12O9 compound that is =>
DU = [(12+1) – (0)] = 13
Here the number of hydrogens are missing which leads to the undesirable DU of the compound which is not possiblee.
Check the qstn. and specify the Hydrogens attached to the compund.
