its the combine application of all laws 
boyles law =v is directly proportional to 1/p 
charles law = v is directly proportional to T 
avogadro law = v is directly prop to n 
by combining all the 3 law u will get 
v is directly prop to nt / p 
so, V = R nt / p 
and pv = nRT 
where R is the proportionalty constant
