Positional isomers are sacred isomers that have a similar carbon skeleton and the same utilitarian gatherings however vary from each other in the area of the useful gatherings on or in the carbon chain. eg. 1: Propyl bromide (1) and isopropyl bromide (2) are established isomers.
No metamers can't be positional isomers as the radicals in the position isomers are dislike metamers where they change in each structure.
