parahydroxy phenol dipole moment is non zero but it is symmetrical because it is involved in inter molecular hydrogen bonding

intermolecular hydrogen bonding :- hydrogen bonding takes place in between two diff molecule or same molecule

hydrogen bondind:- bonding takes place b/w carbon & hetero atoms like oxygen sulphur& fluorine
