Ethane can not form structural isomers as it has only two carbon atoms and can not form branches.

Also it can not form functional isomers because there is no other functional group making same molecular formula with it.

It can not form nuclear isomers as well due to only 2 C atoms.

So basicallt there are no isomers of ethane.

Dear student,

Ethane consists of two carbons, so the molecule simply cannot form branches and only exists in an unbranched configuration:

H3C-CH3.
