in 2014 , 2015 , 2016 , jee followed some perticular trend and thses high scoring topics generally not change . 
so, after analysing the last 3 years paper i am giving here the imp topics 
JEE MAINS 
1- COMPLEX NUMBER ( 3 QUES FOR SURE ) 
2- LIMIT AND DERIVATIVES ( 2 QUES FOR SURE ) 
3- INTEGRALS 
4- APPLICATION O DERIVATIVES 
5- bayes theoram 9 1 ques 0 
6- 3d geometry ( easy to score 3, ques minimum ) 
JUST FOCUS ON THSES ABOVE TOPICS , thses topics together constitute , 60 percent of the paper . 
and in jee advanced , u will face combined ques , 
imp topcs 
1- trigonometry + diffrential eq ( 3 ques combine ) 
2- vector algebra 
3- determinants 9specially cramers rule ,) 
4- permutation combination + probability ( 3 combined ques ) 
5- complex no . + conic scetion ( 2 ques combine ) 
JUST FOCUS ON THSES FOR ADVANCED .
