The given equation of circle is x2+y2-2x-4y+3=0
its centre is (1,2) and radius is root 2.
As x+y+k=0 is a tangent. So its distance from centre is equal to radius
so by applying distance formula of a point from a line, you will get mod of 3+k=2
finding the value of k , you will get correct option B
