A VERY SIMPLE REASON IS DUE TO THE EXPANSION .WHEN YOU HEAT IT (THAT IS WHEN YOU BAKE IT YOU CAN NOT COOK IT ON A PAN ) YOU PUT IT IN A MICROWAVE.WHAT ACCTUALLY HAPPEN INSIDE IT IS NOT THAT IT HEAT’S THE COOKIE RATHER IT VIBRATES THE ATOM’S INSIDE IT RESULTING IN HEATING . ITS DONT NOT HEAT IT DUE TO TEMPERATURE THAT IS THE REASON WHEN YOU OVER HEST SOMTHING INSIDE A OVEN IT GEST BOOILS IN IT LIKE BUBBLES AND SPLASH RATHER THAN JUST BECOMMING BLACK DUE THE THE WAVE .NOW THE REST IS SCIENCE JUST EXPANSION
