Dear Sumit,

It is true that ideally there should be no current in reverse biased case of p-n junction, but there would be some current leakage because of minority charge carriers on each side i.e. on p side it is electrons and on n side it is holes.

Thus we doget some current in reverse biased condition but this is very low because the concentration of the minority charge carriers are very low. Thus the current due to them is very low when compared to that of the majority ones(in forward biased).
