Dear Student,
It moves horizontally after 3 seconds which implies it attained its max ht at 3 sec. total time of flight = 6s.
 
t=2ucos/g = 6
=>ucos=30
 
let the velocity after 2 sec is v
 
Since the horizontal component always remains the same
vcos30=ucos
=>v=30/cos30
=>v=20√3 m/s
 
vertical component of the velocity at start = usin
vertical component of the velocity after 2s = usin-2g
=>vsin30=usin-2g
=>10√3=30/cos xsin -2g
=>tan=(10√3+20)/30
=>=50⁰ approx.
